What I find crazy is she doesn’t talk about that time and pretends it didn’t happen. The way she made people feel and I truly believe she made and other made people fall in an unhealthy relationship with food. Even to the extreme sense. If she doesn’t feel that way now, speak upon it. It feels dishonest and now what we want now in the 2020’s decade. I also tried her eyeshadow. Was shite and the lipstick was so drying. I tried to follow her for a while but it was just not for me. I just want real people now without any motive. I don’t care anymore. If I like it too, I’ll wear it. Got a problem, then look within yourself as to why.
I’ve not wanted to support Trinny since she cut Alex Steiners hair on a video without Alex’s consent. Alex handled it so well but since then I saw her in a different light and couldn’t support her anymore
The idea of making sure we wear clothes or make up and hairstyles that ‘flatter’ is something I have to often shake off. Shows like hers and diet culture have ingrained that into my brain. It’s the opposite of self- love and choosing something because you like it or it makes you feel good. I can’t imagine shopping with a brand who don’t care what you like/enjoy, but have a box they want to put you into.

I will never even consider Trinny makeup because I can’t forgive her for What Not To Wear.
