As much as Lyra and Callum are lucky to have wonderful parents and grandparents in years to come they’ll look back and see they have an incredible auntie with a beautiful heart.

Your love for Callum and Lyra is so beautiful, as is your family’s willingness to break the cycle. Do you find your anti-anxiety meds help? Propranolol helped my heart palpitations, but my journey (eugh) to understanding my anxiety has altered through the prism of our little one’s autism diagnosis. It’s been wild!
