I've not had a problem with it & some of ingredients are actually same as the ordinary, paulas choice- the peptides to aid absorption & action. The packaging is bright & fun- so it attracts kids- I'd rather pay 3 quid for that than 60 for protini peptide by drunk elephant. Lighten up lol
Me and my friend bought this cleanser from home bargains today we applied it like usual and we didn’t think Anything of It also also replying the product me and my friend looked at each other and we realised we were both Really red We looked at the ingredients on the back and then we saw the words citric acid and we searched it up and did our research and we found out that it’s not actually good to your skin. It can irritate your skin and burn your eye. I just want to let you know if you see this product in the shop in home bargains Never buy it will irritate your skin. Look at the ingredients before you put stuff on your face. I’m not trying to be rude or anything but me and my friend are covered in spots and we are really Agitated
I have purchased the dizzy panda cleanser dupe today, why i ended up here. Me and my friend applied the cleanser like instructed on the package. Moments later our skin became rore red and irritated, we began to break out. We then read the ingredients and saw the words citric acid. We then quickly looked up if that was a safe product to be applying to skin. The results we found said that citric acid is an irritant to eyes mouth and skin and that one drop to the eye can irritate it and cause intense burning. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! Although the packaging may seem appealing this is not a safe product.
Oh gosh well I too am a skin care snob and I use Green people BUT these dupes are without a doubt going to attract young people, it looks fun it's a play on words and when you're younger you don't worry quite so much about ingredients, you want a bargain and Green people isn't a bargain it's boring and expensive but for my post menopausal skin it's ideal, I only wish I could get away with the cheaper more fun brands but sadly those days are over.
Completely agree hate the whole dupe thing, would never buy aldi dupes and these look so embarrassing.
You’re exactly right, either save and buy the real thing or buy an alternative proper brand from the high street. Why people would think just because the packaging is similar that somehow the contents are is beyond me. This isn’t a can of beans where there’s little variation between brands cos beans are beans at the end of the day. Not is it Beauty Pie who formulate high end products that might be made in the same lab with the same stuff as other brands. This is stuff you put on your face that you want to be effective in its job, and for 99p, no way man.
I get so frustrated when I see beauty influencers doing the irritating nail tap on something while saying they can’t gatekeep and need to share a dupe for X or Y. It is not a dupe - just because someone offers a translucent powder does not mean it’s suddenly the same as Laura Mercier! Tell us the truth - it’s a product you find does a good enough job and you’re on commission if we buy it.
I’m not in this situation and my daughter is almost 17, but I can only imagine how hard it must be for parents of tweens who want all the drunk elephant nonsense, as it is so expensive. Especially in this financial climate. The only dupe I’ve ever bought was the Lacura dupe for Orgasm and it was utter shite.

Absolute ick! See also the Aldi Lacura “dupes”. No no, they’re simply copying names or packaging they’re not remotely “dupes”!!
