I hear you on the sexuality piece and I think it’s reasonable to assume that JoJo changing her mind and deciding she was queer instead of lesbian is actually a great example of, people being able to change their mind. Love is love after all. There’s quite a few couples I know where, to the outside world, they appear hetro, but one or both are bi. Do we ever really know someone’s sexuality?!
I wasn’t aware of JoJo’s ex partner, but they seemed to be super pissed off and I don’t blame them. JoJo absolutely cheated whilst away from them in the CBB House! And as for Olivia Attwood, I’m always there for her tea and love that she will always say *the thing.*
Didn’t previously know anything about these people (I’m old!), but I like your critical thinking around the sexuality piece. I think, inevitably, some of the excitement for many others is the cis man aspect of the story. It fits so neatly into the narrative of she now knows what she was missing.
