I agree with most of your evaluation (also could add so many more "salted caramel" flavour things to the list because far too many things get that flavour SO wrong!!!) but I have to disagree on the Nutella bar purely because it fulfils the hole of being ideal if you want something chocolatey on a warm day without it melting all over you! To me it's effectively an inverse chocolate biscuit for the moments when a chocolate biscuit would be a disaster! Totally with you on the Kinder Hippo though (because why Hippo when you could Bueno?) although it would've broken my daughters heart when she was younger (she's now upgraded to Buenos too!) I flipping hate all the stupid little bits they stick on the outside of it going everywhere! Such an impractical and annoying snack!
There I was… M&S orange choc tea cake in hand ready to sit down and read your post…. Noises of agreement started emulating from me.. mmhmmm, yep, nodding along… UNTIL LC….UNTIL…. GOLD BAR?! I simply won’t have it 😂😂😂
I feel so strongly about purple snacks (Irish gal here). Criminally underrated. They NEED to be super sized. Absolutely stellar with a cup of tea. I am also over the extensive use of salted caramel. Why is it always salted, what's wrong with regular caramel. Also, wagon wheels are rank, agree!
This was exactly the kind of content I needed to read today so thank you, HOWEVER, you’re absolutely wrong about the happy hippos and you need to take yourself out to buy one and see for yourself!!!
This is not how I should have found out about the demise of Caramac 😩 and whilst on the subject I am still livid that drifters were discontinued - elite IMO
I was with you until the Gold Bar 😂 Although very aware I haven’t helped by not buying!

Laura! You came for Gold Bars! 😮💨 They’re the greatest of wrapped biscuits. And I implore you to give a Hippo a chance. X

Happy Hippos are absolutely elite!!! TOP TIER!!! I am shocked you think otherwise! 😲

Not the Gold bar!
Totally agree except from Gold Bars and Happy Hippos - both childhood delights!

Noooo! Happy hippos (biscuit flavour only) are ELITE. They have kinder bueno cream inside!
I was nodding along and equally outraged until I got to your list. You keep Wagon Wheels out of this!!
